Refund Policy

At RIHA Cleaners, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services with attention to detail and professionalism.
Please review our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will make every reasonable effort to:

  • Return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost

  • Address the issue to your satisfaction based on the original scope of work

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for completed services unless RIHA Cleaners determines that a re-clean is not possible or would not reasonably resolve the issue.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • If RIHA Cleaners cancels a confirmed appointment and is unable to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time

  • If a re-clean is not feasible and service issues cannot be reasonably corrected

Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows — meaning we arrive at the scheduled time but are unable to access the property — will be charged 25% of the total service cost.
    These fees are non-refundable and help cover staffing and operational costs already incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (subject to the $25 cancellation fee)

  • No-show appointments (subject to 25% service charge)

  • Missed appointments due to inability to access the property

  • Dissatisfaction arising from expectations beyond the agreed-upon scope of work

  • Situations outside of our control (e.g., excessive clutter, hazardous environments not disclosed at booking)

5. Deposits

Deposits made to secure appointments will incur a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service time.


If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be applied toward the new appointment.

6. How to Request a Re-Clean or Refund

To request a re-clean or refund, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your service

  • Provide your service date, property address, and specific concerns

  • Submit photo evidence if possible to help us quickly assess the issue
