Welcome to the RIHA Cleaners website. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your booking of services, and your interactions with our business.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

RIHA Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the DMV region. Services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, pet-friendly add-ons, and special requests as listed on our website.
Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Booking and Payment
  • Booking: Services must be booked online, by phone, or by email.

  • Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards through secure online processing.

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit may be required for first-time cleanings, deep cleans, or move-in/move-out services.

  • Auto-Billing: For recurring services, you may enroll in automatic billing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or failure to provide property access will result in a charge of 25% of the service total.

4. Service Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
For the safety of our staff, we ask that homes be reasonably picked up prior to our arrival (e.g., floors clear of heavy clutter).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will arrange to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional cost.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at RIHA Cleaners’ discretion.

6. Limitations of Liability
  • RIHA Cleaners is not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation of fixtures, or normal wear and tear.

  • RIHA Cleaners is not responsible for valuables left unsecured.

  • Clients are encouraged to secure or remove fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items prior to service.

7. Pricing and Changes

Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, services, promotions, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to our website.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or engaging in fraudulent booking activities.
All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of RIHA Cleaners and may not be used without permission.
