Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows (where our team arrives and cannot access the property) will be charged 25% of the service total. To cancel or reschedule, you can call, text, or email us directly. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes.
